Super rude manger, does not reply when you ask for a repair, the price for the apartment is way too high for the space, lived there for more than 7 years, when I moved out they took my deposit to repair all the stuff they were avoiding to repair while we were living there. Roaches are everywhere and they can not control it, take my advice and stay away.I’m going to file a claim in court because this is not acceptable!By the way try to read the 5 stars reviews you will notice they are all saying the same thing that the bad reviews is because of the previous management and The WSB property management is way better.I mean how low they can get that they are paying those guys to write a good word for them.

One stare is too much for these apartments, I lived 7 years here and it was the worst experience ever! We finally had the chance to move out thank God! They have the worst management ever, very bad repair services and a rude handyman, the apartments are infested with roaches and mice! They keep rising the rent even during the pandemic.

We were thrilled to find a dog friendly place close to the office. It’s a small apartment, but it is big enough for two of us plus our dog. We love the wooden floors, the built in shelves, and the little fenced in area out front. The kitchen is small but there is decent enough storage space.The amenities are nice. We’ve made use of the pool, common area, and laundry room. It seems like no one uses the fitness room. I would definitely use it if there was a barbell in there.The bad reviews were posted when the apartments were managed by a different company. It is now under WSB, with whom we have had no issues. They have been very responsive to questions and maintenance calls. If we decide to stay in the bay area, it is very likely we will be renewing our lease!
