I just want to say I stopped in here yesterday with a scooter and the customer service between the phone calls and in person was definitely above and beyond. My wife and I plan to come back. Shop was clean and very well organized. We also liked the location. It’s just on the edge of town with plenty of room for parking.

Super friendly staff from beginning to end. This was my first time bringing a bike into a shop and I was completely lost. I informed the staff my boyfriend’s rear brakes weren’t working and they made the process seamless. They squeezed in my request in a timely manner since I was only there for a few days. They made our bike ride possible. Thank you and we will be back!

Ulster county is fortunate to have a number of excellent bike shops, however Billy and his team at Overlook are the absolute best! They are knowledgeable, patient, and super-friendly to novice and advanced riders alike. Their outstanding service and enthusiasm simply can’t be beat. I would not consider going anywhere else.
