There is something to be said about small town customer service! These guys are the real deal. They didn’t try to oversell me one bit. As a matter of fact, they introduced me to their cheapest hot tub model first and went up from there. I ended up wanting an even bigger model than initially simply bc they had better color options. But I am so glad that I did! I know I would have regretted the smaller tub. These guys went above and beyond with the installation and explained everything to this novice. I knew I could have gotten a better deal in DFW, but I also couldn’t have their amazing staff to help me each and every-time I walk in and they know my name before telling them. And

Not willing to honor quoted prices. Was ready to write a check only to find out the tub I wanted was now more expensive, and the rebate I was told I could get starting today would not be given because the tub was already a great price.A week later I went to Fort Worth and got a better hot tub at a better price, and they even included everything just like Outback (steps, cover, delivery/setup, starter kit, etc), even though Outback will tell you no one else includes what they do.Only reason I gave two stars is because the salesman was awesome, it’s the owners you can’t trust.

This place is helpful and conveniently close. As a new pool owner, they seem to give good advice also. The only thing I really don’t like is that they regularly slam my pool builder. Please don’t worry about who built my pool. Let’s just maintain it the way it should be maintained.
