I purchased 2 pairs of Timberland steel toe work boots about two years ago….good quality but most importantly LIGHTWEIGHT! The customer service provided by the gentleman was EXCELLENT. He took the time to understand what I needed, asked follow up questions to further zoom in on the type of boots I was looking for and conducted the sale efficiently. I will be going back to this store tomorrow to get new shoes! Sure, the price is higher than average, but you will be walking out with quality, durable boots. Most importantly, you will receive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
