I just needed to purchase 2 parts for my dryer and decided to shop local after reading the good reviews. Sadly my experience was less than stellar. I was originally told it would only take a day or two for the parts to arrive. Charles called me and they had forgot to order the second part I had requested. I was told he would call me back shortly, which he never did. Not a big deal so I waited a day and then called again to check the status of my parts. I was told the part wouldn’t arrive until Monday and that they would call me back on Monday after the weekend…. and again never called back. Tuesday I called again at 10am and was told they were with a customer and they took down my name and number to get back with me, once again they never called back. Finally I gave them one last chance and called on wednesday morning and was told that my part had finally arrived and she would call me right back once they find it. For the forth time I was put aside and ignored. Two days later and still no call back or anything. This doesn’t seem to be bad case of miscommunication (as I spoke with Otis’s wife 3 of the 4 times I called). Rather it seems that their customer service is the same as their shop, in total disarray and a giant clutter. They were nice people but my overall experience was horrible. I was better off just ordering my parts for less off of Amazon.

Trying to give mom and pop shops business but stay far away from this one. I really gave them a chance over two months. They need someone new to answer the phone as the lady could possibly have memory issues, organizing issues, overwhelmed but get her off your phone…family needs to be held accountable. She could not find my information after three calls, same info given three times WHAT WAS I THINKING RUN. I called again said oh yes come pick up your part??? It was a home repair we discussed with every call you told me the trip fee. Husband came out opened box and part was not item that should have been in box. He calls to let them know someone had put the wrong part back in the box then tells me he would get it ordered. Well no calls after a week called and was told they are here you can pick them up REALLY…SMDH. Tech was suppose to call last week no call Nothing from this company. Finally feedup called today and told them new company to fix Monday. She actually tried to start telling tales and I stopped her to let her know I was standing listening to her husbands conversation…now add shady.
