The Osborn charges a huge premium for the same home health care you can get elsewhere for far less. The aides are paid nothing and the administration will hound the patient for every last dollar even when long term care or Medicaid pay a large percentage of their fees. Their greed is pretty remarkable.

Our family has had extremely positive experiences at the Osborn in both the Pavilion (skilled nursing area) and the Assisted Living apartments – where our parents have lived for several years. We believe that the Osborn’s care is absolutely top-notch; it is delivered with kindness and professionalism. The staff has been wonderful in all areas, particularly the Osborn Home Care aides. When our questions or concerns have occasionally arisen, they have been promptly addressed.The Osborn’s facilities are upbeat, elegant and well-maintained. The grounds are absolutely beautiful to look at year round; there’s nice seating for the warmer weather. There are a number of good dining options for residents and guests, which we enjoy when we visit.Before our parents came to the Osborn, we didn’t know that such a wonderful place existed. We’re grateful that it does!
