I cannot stand liars. I ordered a sweater online. The email I clicked through included a 15% discount. I could either have it shipped for $12 or save the shipping by picking it up in the store. When the store called and said the sweater was in, I asked about the discount. They said bring the email and they would apply the discount. I made a 50 mile round trip for nothing because when I got there they refused to honor the discount. Don’t lie to me! You lost a customer over not honoring a $12 discount. I called Orvis customer service and they honored the discount. This was my first and only dealing with the Plano, TX store. You only get one chance and you blew it.
