Ast. Manager was not helpfully at all. First I called and talked with him. He told me to come in. I went in to purchase battery in store as he told me to, but then would not honor the SHINE15 which did not work on line. I ended up paying full price as I really needed it. Not please with the lack of support and service at this location.

I actually try to use the one Sunnyvale most of the time. This one is close to my house so occasionally I have to use the store. But I prefer to use the store in Sunnyvale because they are very friendly there. I do not like the mountain view store at all. You’ll see the difference when you go in. When you go into the Sunnyvale store they will ask you, hey, can I help you are looking for anything in particular? They will ask you if you need anything. The mountain view store is the complete opposite.

First off thank you Gustavo!!! I came in the other day thinking I had a dead car battery and the staff helped me choose the best option. It worked perfectly and I came back the next day with my car. Gustavo helped check my battery and alternator. And was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me change my battery. Just incredible service.I definitely recommend everyone come here if they need anything.
