This is why I only go to this auto part store…My car battery was dead, so I went in to have it charged/evaluated.The associate who helped me explained that their machine was currently unplugged, but would just give me a BRAND NEW battery if it was under warranty.I didn’t’ have my paperwork, but he took the time to look up my purchase.Long story short is I walked out with a brand new battery for no charge! On top of that, my original warranty isn’t void. It’s still good for the reminder.Auto Zone is across the parking lot. Don’t bother. They are rude. Trust me, I speak from experience.

Sales person Jessica.Felt she talked down to me questioned fact that alternator had been changed out of my car.Be cause it didn’t appear to have been in my car.First had only had part about two months and second I am 82 yrs old and don’t drive very much.Did not like her attitude or the tone of her voice
