Can I give them a negative star that turns red? Went in for 4 tires to be changed and brought my own tires and no one in the tire bay area. Car pulled in and sat for 1 before tires were removed, waiting in the waiting with a clear window to see the car to see the person on his phone during change of the tires and balance… Watching him on the phone for another hour during balance and went to the service desk to ask about if anything was wrong with the car and she said the car wasn’t ready while on her phone!What is going on here!!!! 2:30 min later I get the car back? Pep boys get it together please!!!!

The best customer service. This is the second time the employees assist me. They don’t seem bother no matter who insignificant my question might sound (since I have no automotive knowledge). Erin assisted me by installing some headlights I bought a week ago and never had the chance or knowledge on how to install. I was anxious to ask but I’m so glad I did! Thank you very much! 100% recommended.

Outstanding service! I had a totally dead battery, no tools, and a terrible fear of electricity (don’t ask…). I called and asked if they could install, too, and the manager cheerfully said yes. I went directly there, arriving just after dusk with little light left in the sky, and Grace said that the policy was no change after dark. I explained the lead up, and she agreed to swap it out in the dim light before dark. God bless Amazing Grace and this O’Reilly’s store for going the extra mile to save a scared lady with a drained/dead battery.Also, customers were respectful of 6′ and mask wearing (my battery drained because I haven’t driven much this past year…so this level of care was a relief to me).
