Dealt with 3 employees during this visit, all 3 fantastic and nice. They installed my new battery in moments. The store is always busy when I’ve visited because of the service being so good. There are 3 parts stores closer to my home but I wouldn’t go elsewhere. They’ve always tracked down what I’ve needed for my 40 yr. old MBZ 300TD. Never a problem with this store. When these guys say lifetime warranty on parts..THEY MEAN LIFETIME!! I was a little worried about exchanging a 2 year old alternator with o’Reilly, but sure enough they looked up my number saw my purchase and was even able to do the exchange with my wife while I was at work. The workers are friendly and helpful but their stock is not too great. I’ve been there about 7 times and 5 of those times they didn’t have what I needed. Ample parking.
