This was my first time visiting an O’Reilly, so I started off a bit hesitant with this new experience.I went on a long trip and came home to a car with a dead battery. I was so panicked. So I called around to several shops: Autozone and PepBoys. to see who would be able to help me best in my situation.While the other shops either weren’t sure about their staffing situations, or were a bit condescending on the phone (since I don’t know much about cars), when I made my call to O’Reilly’s, they were SO friendly, supportive, and proactive in getting my car battery tested & changed out ASAP.Bryan was incredible! He had me in and out of the store with my car working in mint condition within like 30 minutes. I swear, it felt like no time at all! And he warmly welcomed me to come back in case anything else started to act up with my car.I will definitely be back. This store has won a customer for life!
