This is a good store, lil over priced,an they usually have the older men working here but havent seen them lately they know thier parts an will even hit the books to find it an thats doin it the old way when the computer didnt list it, I know ,I worked as a parts speacalist for 6 yrs , I know you have to start some where to learn it so when they tell you its got to be special order, or its a dealer ship deal ,thier being lazy or dont know the software yet so you dont look bad an think they know what thierb doin. but in all this store is good i done it my self, but the orileys on 10th an georgia , I ,ll never go back i took my brother in law to get a rotor an warrantied so i could fix for him an he is a devoted oriley customer he actualy bought at blvd . we walked in an enployee is talkin to a lady worker , no big deal. we tell him what we need an goes to get the part an throws it on the counter an says there is no record of his name my brother in law is dumfounded an say he paid wit his debit card an miraculos pull up his name we ask for bearing an he gives us 1 that dont fit an says that what it calls for an says its gona be a speacial order . i tell my bro in law that it has to be a late 96 but has partz from a early 95 ., giveing him a hint to do it. buy he wouldnt . so we leave wit what we got an i stop at autozone wit our rotor an ask for bearing he comes our with the same so i told him if he coulx pull 1 for a yr older an does an getz us the part an tell him what jusr happend an also said thats crazy. we went back to get the lock washer we for got , so that store is plain lazy u should never treat people that way they lost a good loyal customer for that .but i bet hs goes back but not the one on georgia lol
