Went to warranty a battery that was about 1 year old, but they wouldn’t warranty it as it was a warranty from a previous battery. Apparently the warranty only applies to the first one sold, so if the replacement battery dies as well, after the initial warranty period, you’re screwed and have to buy a new one. Ended up taking the dead battery to Autozone for a core on a new one. Autozone’s battery warranty resets to the new batteries (replacement), way better deal!

Don’t try to get your rotors turned down here! They completely ruined one of them after they tried 4 times and found their equipment was broken (they should have stopped at attempt 2!). Wound up having to buy new rotors and wasted 6hrs waiting on them. $135 for something that should have been $30. They took $35 off one new rotor but I had to pay full price for the other one. Got home and realized they never refunded my money for the rotor service so I got a whole $5 for their mess up. Staff was nice but this was a bad screw up
