I went to this store yesterday to buy a bottle jack. After I jacked up my car and was in the process of removing the tire the jack gave out. Fortunately I hadn’t gotten the tire completely out from under the car, so the tire kept the car from falling on me. I go back inside and ask if they have a jack I can borrow because the first failed and now me car is almost sitting on the ground except for the tire. There unconcerned response was no but I could buy another jack. In the end I had to buy a different jack which must be cheaply made because it warped.

O’Reilly’s is okay but here I’m 61 years old had a tail light that was out and he had to give me an excuse why you couldn’t put it on for me I felt like getting my money back and going somewhere else till would put that on for me it’s a probably 5 minutes to do I thought that was rude to him
