My wife and I stopped in on a cruise, happened to walk in the store. The owners were very understanding of the budget we had to work with if we were to buy anything. They were not pushy at all, informed us of the options of payment plans, etc. Best of all, if we said, no or not today to something, they simply said, okay. let us know if you change your mind, and left it there. We walked through other jewelry stores, and the workers were constantly in your face, trying to force you to buy the most expensive piece in the store, didn’t understand the word no; not this place. Orca Jewels made great recommendations for jewelry, and we ended up getting a reversible necklace (silver one side, gold on the other) and a set of pendant, earrings, and ring, all with Northern Lights Topaz, all for under $200. I love this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I purchased a ring made from a local Haida artist and a turquoise bracelet at Orca. Lavin, the owner, was very helpful and gave me a great price on both pieces. I have actually worn my ring every day since purchasing it in September 2014!
