Came in today to get my prescription read again 4 weeks after my first appointment where I was given the wrong perception. I’ve been dizzy since I paid 208 dollars for just lenses. Came in today they took my glasses in the back and when I received them back there was a giant scratch on the right lense on the inside that you can feel! Mind you these were brand new lenses that the retard at the counter scratched. My mother took them back in to complain about the scratch and the girl at the front tried to clean them and now there are tons of micro scratches all over my lenses. Completely ruined my glasses and my eyes. Don’t go to this place!!!!

I have been coming to this place for over 4 years. When I first started coming here it was great. Dr. Garvin is very fast and great with my kids. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. My recent experience hasn’t been so great. The new staff he has working there is sooo unprofessional the girls there either have been eating at the desk every time I have came in or been on their cell phones. What’s really upsetting is they do not greet you as you come in with smiles or a friendly hello. It almost makes you feel uncomfortable. I really wish I knew the girl’s name who worked there before he got new staff because she was so nice and always had great customer service. I really hope he can get some better receptionist in there because I think it’s hurting his business. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Dr. Garvin is a great doctor. Unfortunately I will not be back, only just to pick up my daughters glasses which have been paid for already.
