I used this company to close my above ground pool for the summer. The charge was close to $500. I was under the impression that they would put chemicals in the pool, but apparently my pool didn’t need it. So they disassembled the water pump and closed my skimmer with a metal plate.I had to call them 2xs to come back because my pool was leaking and the pool cover wasn’t closed properly. They sent me an email saying that if they came back out again they would charge me. To me that sounds crazy because if they did their job right the first time I wouldn’t have to call them back.As it turns, the kids that showed up to do the job never closed the pool properly. Originally the water level was slightly above the halfway point in the skimmer, but my pool leaked all winter. I thought it was rain water, but I verified that since level is now below the skimmer.Personally I wouldn’t use this company. Customer service lacked, too expensive for the service, and the job was poorly done. It’s upsetting because everyone else raved about them but I go the short end of the stick.
