If I could given Optimum a 0, I would! Worst customer service ever! As everyone else stated! I have contacted them 7 times on the last two days. Some agents are simply not helpful! Others have so much background noise you can’t hear a word, others hang up on me; others tried to help but then when I log in online none of the requests were applied, and the list goes on and on! A manager was supposed to return my call back and it has been two days and no call!They tell you to set auto pay to receive a $5 monthly discount, I did and still no discount applied, and they won’t refund previous months!I have bad service connection, which I have been calling about for 2 days, they say they will send a technician out to check the equipment, and at no point during 7 calls anyone mentioned a charge for the technician service!!! Until you get the automated confirmation and they tell you $80 charge will apply!!Their service is horrible and extremely expensive!! The only reason I am stuck with them is because no other provider services my zipcode! So Optimum is all about money and NOT ABOUT CLIENT SATISFACTION AT ALL!
