The door was closed. They let you in only if they have space of 6 feet apart. Their customer online system was improved. Only name and phone number needed to say this time. No unnecessary questions were asked.

Doors were locked during posted business hours, had to knock to get someone to let me in like a speakeasy. Wouldn’t help me resolve a billing issue, told me I needed to call the billing department. Person who helped me and the rest of the staff seemed far more interested in watching music videos on the big screen. Whole place felt like someone left a bunch of middle aged children locked up and unsupervised in their living room.
