I expressed interest in buying a new left over 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Of course since it sat on the lot for an extended period it had collected a considerable amount of dirt and grime. Subsequently I called back while on vacation and confirmed that I was purchasing the truck and was given an appointment. A week passed and I presented for my appointment. To my surprise the truck sat in the same spot and was not prepared for purchase. At the last minute the truck was sent to detailer who merely rinsed the truck with water and wiped it down. To add, the roof of truck was never touched. It also had a previously undiscovered scratch. Love the Gladiator but not certain I was perceived as a serious buyer. Certainly I was not considered a future repeat customer. I will give the dealership an opportunity to correct this an update my post. If not, WELL!
