After having been advised by an online tech that my hard drive was damaged and needed to be replaced, I took my laptop (Toshiba) to Onsite here in Saranac Lake and am very pleased with the service. The tech was attentive – sat down with me and the computer and went over the problems,took all the necessary information, and I found him to be efficient, easy to deal with and had my laptop back within a matter of days. Had a problem with my computer and brought it to Onsite to repair. I thought I was going to have to leave it and come back in a week or so to pick it up. Boy was I wrong. I was greeted with a smile and said Let me take a look at it. The process took approximately 10 minutes to see what the problem was and another I was out of there in no time. If anyone has a computer problem bring it here. I’ve been places where you can’t even get a call back. Not here, Exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.
