Bought what I thought was a nice leash, $40 from outer reef on 1/18/21. Snapped yesterday 3/15/21 and nearly cost me my board. Was not a hard pull either, leash must’ve been defective. Thought it was no big deal and I could just exchange for a new one. They don’t take any returns or warranties after 30 days and nothing could be done. I’ve bought wetsuits, fins, clothes and lots of other things at the main store and the outlet, but after this experience I’m not sure I will be back. I can just buy one on amazon and if I ever have an issue I can just return it.Edit: Reached out to the owner that responded below two times and never heard back.
