Tonight was my 1st time at this store was unaware of the event going on. The young man that checked me out did not bother to tell me after seeing I had several clarence items I could get a bag and fill it up and it would be a set price so I ended up spending more. On top of that I did not even know there was a reward program until I looked up the store to leave a review and you can earn points. I would have understand if the store was packed and you needed to get me in-and-out but due to the fact it is 7 o’clock at night and its not even busy. Then turns out I I missed out on both opportunities just over simple conversation he could have explained to me what’s going on and even gotten rewards after spending a good amount of money. The young lady was unable fix the simple issue as giving me a bag and letting me fill it with the stuff I already purchased to make it a solution to the problem even if I had already over paid that would have worked out with me but no.

Don’t waste your time, they only took my brand new items. They accepted 10 items a brand new booster seat, a brand new Jalapeno Peppers game, brand new pair of vans and a brand new pair of Jordans and some clothes. And gave me $27. They wanted to take a brand new PVP hand held game system with 3000 games down loaded on it. When I said I didn’t want to sell it he took $2 off. They pretty much just take what they want and and give you $2. When I got my stuff back there was stuff missing that they did not show me or buy from me and I had things that that belonged to someone else.when I called in to tell them about it, They didn’t have anything to say just acted as if I they didn’t understand why I was calling them. Dont wast your time and energy. They will rob you blind.
