We love On, but we have been here 3 times in the last month and the wait is insane, over 45 minutes the first two times and close to 30 minutes the third. We understand being precautious about COVID, but we’ve watched over 14 people walk away because of the wait. Something needs to change or business is going to suffer.

Waited 20 minutes outside in the rain to be allowed in and wait 30+ minutes before we gave up. Your employees should be taking care of two sets of clients at once, it’s horrible customer service to make people wait in the rain when you have an ample amount of space to have people stand indoors. Can’t even give a review for the product because we didn’t want to spend our ENTIRE DAY waiting.
