Brought my 2012 Lexus es350 to the dealer in Ramsey. They told me I needed a new transmission. So I decided to get a second opinion. Was some rodent damage apparently. Ed Olsen did his magic and made the dealer look really bad. I guess the dealer wanted to do a bigger job than was unnecessary. He fixed all the wires and replaced portions of the harness. The car so far drives 100% better. Few other things to fix and tidy up. But yes the dealer once again failed. Olsen automotive for sure is the last or only genuine mechanic left. Lexus dealer wanted 12k probly or more to fix the damages along with rebuilt transmission. Olsen charged 10k less. Unless I have recalls the dealer is out of the question. They don’t fix they just want to replace.
