The eyeglasses are good quality. But I had some really frustrating experience to try to customize the nose bridge for me. Considering I have the same frame for more than a year, and accidentally crushed the frame. It was 2~3 mins adjustment last time when I bought the same frame in Oliver Peoples in SF. On the contrary, I had to visit this store twice, spent 30 mins each time, and they just couldn’t get it right. And I got a mark on my nose while I was in store. The people who helped me adjust the frame seems to have no clue what they are doing. It is really disappointing for me, after all the time I have spent.
