Eileen is the manager here and her service is FIRST CLASS. I have purchased 4 different frames here over the years and I am a customer for life. Whatever this “Mehdi” is complaining about apparently did not know you have a ONE YEAR WARRANTY by default and if you buy with a visa they will double that. Amazing product, service and just a great place of gifted people who truly care. I know where I am buying my frames!
