Unfortunately after going there several times in the past..and food and service was always good.. This time was the opposite We waited a half hour just to get water and our drink order..Then it was an hour before our drink order finally came, and even after all that time the waitress didn’t ask if we were ready to order..!She finally comes back after several times passing our table up and taking the order of a couple, who also waited a long time before getting service,but who came after our table sat.. Then they got there food before our food order.. I also was noticing they ordered drinks because they were next to our table and got their drinks after the meal Our one friend of 4 of us finally left upset about how long and ignorance of our table even for a refill of water on a hot day ! She walked by with water to table behind us, full water pitcher, filled one person and walked away when she was right ,next to our table and could of easily filled our empty glasses too.. This is after an hour and 20 min..no food yet..and just got our cocktail order?? We were actually so shocked and couldn’t believe the services.I am truly disappointed and the food was a 5 maybe 6 out of 10, with the high prices would of expected a 8, 9 or 10..I ordered Ahi Salad which was good but missing the almonds which I personally love..but after waiting so long for our food, I just couldn’t complain as I would of lost my patience !Even after all this we didn’t stiff your waitress, we should have..we actually left her 15% because your Manager on duties, did buy our glass of wine and comped the Burger of the guy who left..!So this was our experience and very sad it happened..because we have always enjoyed Plumas Pines Restaurant..This time was over the top disappointing!
