I am 38 weeks pregnant. When I asked politely to use the restroom today for an emergency, I was told they have no public restrooms. Asking where the closest place would be, they acted like they had no idea then off hand offered that I walk to a store blocks away or use a public restroom down the street where the local transients basically live. I fully understand covid guidelines and respect they are following them, but the way the employees acted towards me was blatantly rude and offensive. I will never again step foot in this supposedly inclusive establishment.

love the selection. wait time is always too long for simple food, and EVERY time I have ordered food- my order gets messed up. customer service is great. wish they could be more consistent. would highly suggest ordering ahead but not everything on their menu is on Door Dash.
