Old Town Auto Service is OPEN providing essential services for our community, law enforcement, and emergency service vehicles. Reliable transportation is extremely important. We are implementing necessary distancing and sanitary precautions during this time. We offer free pick up and delivery for those not able or comfortable leaving their homes as well as extensive sanitization measures. Our techs use protective gear including latex gloves, steering wheel covers, floor mats and seat covers. All vehicles will receive a final sanitary wipe down of all high touch point areas including steering wheel, door handles, shifters and push to start buttons. We are taking these necessary precautions for the safety of the community and our staff.

I just dropped by by appointment to have my car diagnosed. The place was clean and the setting was pleasant and professional. Everything went quickly and the customer service was excellent. I have yet to hear back about the diagnosis, but expect good things from their service.

Good service, good repairs, on the high side for prices, when you see the quality of the work and customer service.I dropped them down because they missed a really big problem with the vehicle that they should have saw and reported, that if I were to do the work after the fact that they missed it will now cost an arm and a leg to have fixed.
