Pricing labels are not accurate for the merchandise. I selected a 3 piece set, clearly tagged as 49.99 for the set. The cashier rang up the merchandise but another sales associate argued that it ‘should be’ priced 49.99 per piece b/c that’s how they sell the metal table sets. Again, label clearly states 3 piece set 49.99. She instructed the cashier to charge for each piece and not what the tag stated. If each piece is ‘sold separately’, labels should clearly state this and not say a set.

Normally, I would give this store a high rating. My last transaction was, to me, not a good business practice. I bought some merchandise from the Fairy Garden section and was pleased to see that we were not charged full price. When we got home, I realized one of the fairies was broken. I attempted to return it and was told it was non refundable because it was clearance. There was nothing by the display showing it was on clearance, plus this time more stock had been added. The amount of money is not the issue to me, but the fact that it was not returnable was very irritating. Maybe clearance items need to be marked better.
