I now have zero pants. Ordered a pair of maternity jeans that arrived on July 22. Today, July 30th, they have a massive rip in the front. Can’t exchange them because this location doesn’t carry maternity. Tried contacting customer service and talked to an agent for over an hour – their answer? Nothing. We won’t send you a new pair. We won’t discount the order. You can re-order on your own and pay expedited shipping to avoid waiting weeks for it to arrive. In the meantime, I don’t have a single pair of pants that fit. Way to make an expectant mother feel horrible about herself.
