My mother went there yesterday to have copies printed from her email. My mother is in her 60’s and is not very tech savvy, so she needed help. She said the lady that helped her was very rude and short with her. The papers she needed were very important and if the gal had been more patient with my mother, I would hope the process of getting in and out would have been much faster. But my mother walked out of that store empty handed and embarrassed because the employee couldn’t just be nice and patient with an older customer. She also mentioned this is not the first time this woman was rude to her and does not feel comfortable going to the desk when this particular worker is there.
