Ollie went above and beyond to help us with a booklet that we needed printed for a funeral the next day. The end result was much better than the original we had brought. Many other customers were coming in to pick up orders and ask questions and Ollie did a great job to greet each customer and delegate the task if needed while helping us. After a not so great experience with the copy store we had just come from, we will come directly to Office Max next time!

Yesterday I brought a office chair and I have a small Buick I thought that I was not going to be able to get it in my car to take it home the workers made sure the chair was put comfortably in my car and safely without a scratch I appreciate their effort and their ambition I recommend this store to all my family and friends.

Stood around at the help desk by the fax and copy machine for over an hour yesterday. Nobody helped me or asked me if i needed help. I wasted my time coming there i did not get anything done that i was supposed to do there. Also really hate how they replaced the machines with cards. The machines wouldnt read several cards i tried swyping through just to pay for my copies.. Worst part is there is money on it and it wouldnt go thru. Majorly dissapointed at the lack of help. I used to come here a lot but i think im going to find a fed ex or something now. Gone down hill the past 7 months there.
