Lots of selection with good prices on most office supplies. A good selection of electronics and office machines, copiers, printers etc. A very helpful copy and print department, and a large office furniture selection. My only knock inside the store is that you aren’t always greeted nor is there someone asking you if you need help. That could be more consistent. Parking is ample, however, other business use the parking lot, which makes parking a premium, and it might take you some time to find a space.

I had problems printing with my personal laptop and printer. I love my printer but it gave me such a hard time. I don’t know anything about drivers and connections with wireless printers at all. But I went in today to see if anyone can help me. I simply went into the store with my laptop and printer to see if they can help. Unfortunately, if you have a wireless printer, they can’t plug it in and see the problem. (it’s understandable)The guy knew what was wrong and quickly identify the problem of the connection. I never stated the problem to him and simply said that my printer wasn’t printing through my laptop but my phone can. He then told me that the driver probably has to be reinstall again. He also said to watch the CD that was provided with the manuals and yes, that was my answer. I didn’t have a driver and in order for it to successfully print again, I must download the correct driver. So after I did that (took about 2-7 minuets) I was able to print again. I honestly thought that I tried everything, but I was wrong. I should’ve looked and read the manuals carefully. I could’ve saved their time and mines. But I am glad to go there because now I know what to do if that problems does happen again.
