I’m sorry to all who have had a bad experience here first of all. I hope that those kinds of incidents were just flukes! In other words, they happen quite rarely. As for my experience it’s been a good one so far. There’s an old lady cashier that likes to do small talk and therefore is a bit on the slow side but other than that, I had a good enough experience for this type of store. I was looking to replace my old desktop and was in the market for a Dell this time instead of an HP (We’ve own both brands – HP and Dell in the past in our household). The tech guy who helped me out not only was kind and professional but when I came back a week later because of a problem (that I thought had to do with the computer), he showed me that it just needed an update and after that, I’ve not had problems with my new computer since! And this was for free guys! I was impressed to say the least! Only con is that I live in South County and so it’s a bit of a drive to go here but they had the computer I wanted in stock and I was happy with the experience so thank you!

The store is usually warm inside if outside is hot. They need to check the AC otherwise the staff so far has been nice to me everytime I come in. I have been greeted by different people which is nice. This is a review to let managerial staff know that there people are friendly even though they seem over worked. Also regional manager as well. Treat your employees better. I used to work retail for many years and understand how it can get. Thanks guys!

I have been to this Office Depot multiple times before and have never received such a bad experience until today, 11/7/20.The brand that I was looking changed its packaging, so I asked the cashier if I could see the labels to make sure that they are the same type before purchasing. He started being very UNPROFESSIONAL, showing me the labels but with a lot of attitude. He slammed the labels on the counter and crossed his arms.I asked to talk with his manager and the manager asked if I wanted a refund, but no I do not want a refund. I simply want a better customer service! Being in the customer service myself for 10 plus years, I’ve never been treated so unprofessional like this. This incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely will not return here.
