I come to office depot mainly to print my work materials. I waited for the self service printers, behind two customers who seemed to be experiencing technical issues. The friendly associate behind the printing counter, offered me the alternative computer instead – but alas, it turned out the internet was down at the store. I told her it was not a problem, I would come back today. Today I stood in the printing line, and the same associate recognized me and passed me my sheet. She had told me that I had the patience of a saint, and although it’s only a few cents for my print job – she wanted to make sure that I didn’t have to pay for this one. I think her name tag said Jessie, and I thoroughly appreciated her courtesy, and it was not wasted on me. Many thanks.

I am extremely unhappy with the e-commerce division of Office Depot. Businesses should not be selling products that are back ordered without publishing and taking advanced payment before products are shipped. The product I ordered (MDS 19) is still being advertised despite them being out of inventory. Agent promised delivery date and as expected the day has come and past.
