Incompetence! Can’t live with it ,can live without it.. went to have some very important documents copied at the Pasadena location…after waiting there for at least 25 minutes the copist comes back and tells me, oh, one of the papers torn while it was being copied… important docs mind you. Then hands has the copy papers that look like there was no ink in the copier. Don’t ever, don’t ever, have any papers of importance copied at office Depot!!Of course they’re going to erase this message but whoever sees this… they are so unprofessional!

Horrible experience, bought a monitor online, they charged my card but employee did not fill the order due to being bad for business I needed the monitor in an emergency and they decided to charge me so that I could not go somewhere else to buy another monitor. Manager kept giving me excuses why the order wasn’t filled. Maybe the employees should know the policies, not me, Im a customer, I pay and get the product period. What a joke of a store. Pathetic.
