Worst office depot I’ve been in to date, Alex with print staff purposely ignoring customers, waited at the print counter for 20+ minutes to pick up an online order. While the ridiculously slow employee worked on a customer’s order, literally one person in line, won’t even acknowledge the line or the fact I’m trying to signal him my order is right there. Additionally, confidentially printed material was just laying around for all to see.Worst office depot I’ve been to to date.

Absolutely no direction or purpose. Customer to employee ratio is about equal. I stood in line at the print/copy center and the single employee never acknowledged my presence. About 20 minutes into the mime rehearsal a young girl appears that is beyond clueless. As she attempted to maneuver the POS she obviously was not trained on, she would whisper to the other employee who must have been clairvoyant as he walked her step by step so she could ship an envelope. He returned to his thoughts deep into his computer screen and I walked off while the cashier maintained their steadfast euphoric moments with their cell phone. Please, just shutter this business.
