Great location and has ample parking space. They have all the basic stuff easily available. The scanning machine tends to be very slow though. However, employees are very helpful and ready to assist if required.

I appreciate being able to go to a store vs online to look at things in person. But if I get bad customer service, I sometimes walk out without buying and just buy it online. But today, I bought in store because of my excellent experience with the staff. Upon entering, I asked where the planners were. Someone WALKED me to them. Then while looking, I couldn’t find what I was wanting and ALEXANDER dropped what he was doing to help me search. I felt like I had a personal shopper! My request was unique and Alexander LISTENED to my unique needs and he helped me search, and we found the perfect one!! He even asked if there was anything else I needed after spending like 10 minutes helping me, whereas many people in customer service may not have put in as much effort and just focused on stocking the shelves. No point in stocking if you don’t have customers buying, so he gets the idea!! Then Bryan was awesome and so helpful at checkout and price matched the online price for me. It was a great experience! The store’s outside appearance is kinda old looking but I would come back to this location because of the people. The people make the difference and there’s a large selection of things in stock. Thanks for a great experience, it makes a difference!! 🙂
