I ordered a printer online that said it was available for instore pick up, the next day I get a message saying the order couldn’t be fulfilled because the item was out of stock. The email I received said that I wouldn’t be charged, but the money did come out. I tried to call and figure out what happened. The first employee I spoke was a woman who had an attitude and hung the phone up on me after I explained the situation. The next employee put me on hold to talk to manager, no one ever picked up. Poor customer service here, and I will never shop at that thus location again. I would give this store no stars but that isn’t possible.

The folks here were very helpful. It was my first time there so I didn’t know how the layout was. Either way, they didn’t hesitate to help. Maybe it was because no one goes to Office Depot at 9AM generally, but this place was pretty dead. They had nice music going, though. Anyway, will definitely go here for other office supplies if needed since it’s convenient and I had a good experience.

The girl who attended me was really nice and work a lot . There’s a lot of people at the printing station and she’s the only one who is attending here . I saw the managers both sitting doing nothing
