My wife brought me in for my first visit to Office Depot. I was blown away by the customer service we got from Clarence. Within a matter of a minutes we were greeted and Clarence took us right to the printer toner section and was quick to show us which one we needed. I’ve never had this level of service at a Best Buy or a Target store. We will definitely be back and hopefully our next visit we can thank Clarence for his obvious dedication and passion. We didn’t get a chance to thank him this time because he was assisting customers the entire time my wife was showing me around the store. I have over thirteen years of commercial and retail sales and also management. This is the guy you build a successful team around. I would also like to personally thank store management and staff not only for the pristine condition of the store, but the service that we received from Clarence and other team members, that made us feel like guests of honor the entire time we were in the store.

Management actually yelled at me and was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for assistance.I was trying to get my fingerprints done and he refused to look at my documentation for it and turned me away before insulting me. I’ve tried soooo many times to ask customer service for help but they are too busy to handle anyone.
