I called to inquire about a printer that wasn’t available online and was greeted by the store manager, Paul who helped guide me on a similar option that was available for pick up. The curbside pickup process was seamless and Chris was helpful in loading the printer in my vehicle. I also had questions about which HDMI cable to purchase to extend to my monitor and Paul walked me to the aisle to show me exactly what I needed. He further went out of his way to walk me to the label printers to help me find a device that was compatible with the labels I had already purchased. EXCELLENT Customer service. I will be sure to return for all my future needs.

Visited store today to have an email and attachment printed from my phone. I approached the counter and 3 young people stood not asking to help me. Finally I said, can I please get something printed from my phone. Kid who was going to help me had to get someone to open computer for him. I told him I wanted entire email and attachment printed out. He stood and stared at computer. I finally asked him what he was waiting on and he said he was waiting for my email to come across. I told him he hadn’t given me the email address yet. He then pointed to an email address, I sent it, he printed it. When he handed it to me, it was just the attachment, not the instructions in the email I had asked for. He checked me out never saying a word to me. No customer service skills at all. While the three people were at the counter an old man was standing behind me holding three clip boards. I asked him if he was getting something printed and he said no. I directed him to the cashier. If I could tell he was in the wrong place, why couldn’t the employees? Well, they were too interested in each other than the customer. I won’t be back to this Office Depot.

I had one associate check on me while looking for ink which was nice, but this is the second time I’ve been to the store and I am talking to myself at the check out. The cashier said nothing to me while I approached saying “hello, how are you today?” (I worked at an Office Depot for about a year and a half.) she then rang up my ink and left it right next to her behind the plexy glass, so I had to reach under and grab it to take it with me. Nothing said to me while I left. Maybe have some people a little more friendly at the front? It makes a world of a difference trust me.
