Very happy! First time there today. It was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. I got a bunch of nice plants with a dwarf crawfish and some shrimp! My betta is SO happy! He’s been fairly shy, but swam up to me as soon as I got some of the stuff put in! He’s very happy and so am I!I will totally be back!!

This place is awesome! They know my dog by name, they always have great recommendations and great products! I love how many local, nutritionally dense products they have. I’m here with my dog at least once every other week. I’ve also used their boarding services because I trust them so explicitly. Megan and Sherry always greet my pup and help me be informed and have amazing suggestions and product knowledge. I’m blow away by their kindness and level of service!

I’ve been to this location three times in the last year since 2020. The three employees behind the cash register counter stayed there, and did not come out from behind the counter to check on me as a customer, in the Fish Department. Been the same experience the last three times I was there. Spend 5 to 8 minutes in the fish gallery, or the lack thereof of how well they used to keep it stocked with good quality fish.. The last three times I was in there, they didn’t seem to have a knowledgeable fish care person to help, much less one that would come to talk to you see if there was anything they could do to help with your aquarium concerns, or sell you on a fish. I used to like going to this place in 2019.
