I had such a great experience at the store in Roosevelt field mall today I totally had to leave a review. I am very unfamiliar with Oakley and the sales person that helped me today was such a pleasure. I don’t know his name however he had long dark blonde hair and clear glasses if that can help describe him a bit. I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend and all I had was a picture to reference. He helped me figure out which pair it was easily and made it custom to look exactly how the picture resembled. He was very nice, excited for my boyfriend to receive the gift, and as a person who worked and managed in retail for 9+ years, he definitely knows what he’s doing. Give him a nice yearly raise and a long weekend off, he deserves it! 🙂

The staff was super helpful, knew what they were talking about. I was there just a little before closing time. I was not rushed at all. Brian even put together two pairs of sunglasses just so I could see what it would look like. Great selection to boot. The product is also top notch.

Been with Oakley for over 12 years. Great service and product. But today a sale rep (Bobby) blew my mind. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Great service to a new level. I am in the military and I was never told of these programs for us or even the trade in programs. Individuals like Bobby that thanked me for my service reminded me of my past sacrifices. It touched me. God bless this young man and this country. I wish him well in his Endeavors.
