My first time at this NY puppy club. I used to be an avid customer for the older location, until I had an incident with a groomer and felt she was rude so I stopped going.However this place I got nothing but a welcome feeling. There is a guy that works the front desk. Fluent in korean and English. He is extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot my pups vaccination papers. My pet hospital faxed it over and he went out of his way to make me copies. While it isn’t a big deal. It was a kind gesture.Grooming:I went here to get my pup groomed. First time grooming here. Howver the groomer we’ve had experience with. Gromer miss Ha Mi is very experienced and talented. She is always able to make my dogs face very round shaped. She gets all the hair in his ears and around his nose. Very happy with her grooming abilities.Price for grooming was $65 with tax and $10 for tip to the groomer.8lb yorkieThey accept credit cards and cash.The store is very organized and easy to find products. The day I went the place was clean. They have a hand sanitizer before you open the door. All employees had masks on.Before and after with my dog.
