Edit: The store manager Diana later called me to let me know that she will order the correct base and have it finished at no additional cost to me.Beware when ordering something they do not have in the showroom. I corresponded months ago with Diana regarding a specific desk that I wanted. She said they didn’t have it in the showroom but could order it and we went back and forth on pricing and color options (26 emails to be exact). I had a quote from Gothic Cabinet but they would take up to 6 months to deliver. I would have normally ordered from them ( as past experiences have been wonderful with them) but since I needed my desk sooner I did a google search and found that Nude Furniture could also order it for me and finish it. Timeline was 6-8 weeks. Delivery was scheduled exactly at 8 weeks so I was happy about that. Unfortunately when the delivery guy was putting it together I noticed the bottom of the desk was NOT what I wanted or ordered. I called Diana and she advised that this is correct based on the invoice. I kept telling her that I as a customer do not know how they code their orders nor did the sales lady Angela write up the order in front of me with the catalog open so I had no idea she put the wrong base. I reminded Diana that I corresponded with her about a specific base and she kept insisting that her sales lady didn’t make a mistake and that I could have changed my mind while at the store. That is 100% not the case! I even showed Angela my emails with Diana so she knew exactly what to look for. Unfortunately the one she put on the invoice was above the one I ordered in the catalog. They didn’t want to own their mistake and tried to blame it on me and are now charging me more money to order the correct base and I will have to wait another 2-3 months and pay about another $300 (after paying $1400) to get it corrected. I’m not saying that the customer is always correct but this time it was the employees error. No matter how much I tried explaining to her that I had no idea if the SKU # was correct or not since I trusted her employee wrote the correct item based on my emails and the pic i showed her in the catalog she kept saying that I was the one that ordered the one that was delivered. Very disappointed with this store and will definitely not be a return customer.

Diana was fantastic. She designed a custom bookcase computer desk for my office that had to fit in a specific space. It was a perfect fit and is working out great. I could not be happier with the final product.
