I highly recommend Novy Ranch to anyone who loves high quality meat.
Amy Ouhl
Ate our baked potatoes and threw our entire steaks in the garbage.
Lee Hayes
All frozen but definitely better than any meat market locally.

Novy Ranches beef is simply the best. It’s the only one I buy. For anyone who has any doubt about the origins of this meat, I assure you this is the genuine article. Doctor Novy is one of the most honorable men I know. His herds are well cared for.

I first found Novy Ranch beef products at the Sherman Oaks Farmer’s Market and was quite impressed with their product knowledge so decided to give them a try. Turns out their meats are what they claim, lean, grass fed, full of full of flavor (probably from the amount of omega 3s) and, antibiotic free. I’ve also used their shipping service and their fees are fair. Thanks!

Its the real deal , I’ve tried a few cuts from here and there is definitely a difference.. keep in mind that it does not cook the same . That being said I personally need to give it a few more tries to master this product on the bbq/grill , you really do need to be familiar with it to perfect it, as it is different than corn/grain fed .. hope this helps!
