I took my machine to get serviced and have had nothing but problems since I took it for a routine tube up. I have had to return three different times and have paid them over 300 and my machine still has the same error since the routine service that was more of a disservice. The owner Kim is non responsive and unprofessional. She still has not returned my call. I will take my losses and will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to service their machine at this location.

There is something going on here besides vaccum repair. I left the vaccums for 3 weeks. No one answers the phone, messages full. I went in person and owner said he would get right on it after lunch. No call. I came back two more weeks later and nothing was done and the same vaccums were sitting there, five weeks later. Owner is always in the back, but not working. Something is up and it is not vaccum repair.
